Love the mood. Less is more; you nailed it.
I agree with Lorin, I really like the atmosphere and mood. Great stuff.My only suggestion would be to flip the woman in the last panel on that first page. She's looking over her right shoulder in that middle panel and the transition is really abrupt to the last one. Other than that it looks great. I really love the rendering of her sword, very subtle but awesome.
